How do I return an item?

Custom made items and saddles
1. 50% non- refundable deposit required upon ordering of custom made items and saddles, including all made to measure bridles. Items will not be ordered from England, until this deposit is received.
2. Balance payable before or upon delivery.
3. The item remains the merchants until paid for in full.
We hope that you understand, that there is no return for "change of mind" on custom made items. Custom made/made to measure items are made to your measurements.
Refunds will not be given should custom made/MTM items not fit, based on the measurements you provided Bespoke Horseware.
Please be very careful to provide accurate measurements when placing your order.
Should there be any problem with our products, we would appreciate that you contact us to discuss the concerns as we endeavour to keep all our customers happy.
In Stock Items
1. Item to be paid for in full, prior to shipping.
2. Should a purchased item not fit your horse or pony, please contact us to make alternative arrangements, which could include exchange of size, or upgrading to a made to measure item.

• make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:
• are faulty
• have been wrongly described
• are different from a sample shown to you, or
