Lay-By options

We at Bespoke Horseware know that budgeting money with horses can sometimes be difficult (such as unexpected vet bills), hence a lay-by can be a good option for some of our customers. Should you have any problems meeting your lay-by payments, please contact us to negotiate an alternative payment plan.

Our standard Lay-by terms are as follows:
1. Lay By period is for three (3) months unless negotiated otherwise.
2. Payments are expected at a minimum once per month, during the period of the lay-by.
3. Made to measure items and not in stock saddles, will be ordered once a 50% deposit has been made. The item may then take approximately 6 weeks to arrive in Australia.
4. The 50% deposit on Made to measure items is non-refundable for "change of mind".
5. All other items may incur a cancellation fee of $30.00, if you decide to cancel your lay-by.
